Message From Owner and Cake Artist Alicia Gallo: 
When I was younger I couldn’t bake to save my life! I started experimenting with baking in 1999 and I’ve been hooked ever since!
I started out creating cookies primarily as Christmas presents, then dabbled with cakes. At the time though, my main focus was on my cookies. I would say my passion for cakes was realized when I was given the task of creating a 50th birthday cake for my boss. That was the birth of my infamous “Little Blue Pill” cake.
I love to cook and bake (I used to be 320 pounds and didn’t get that way by not eating…lol) I love to draw and design and it was at that point I realized just how much I had missed it, so for me this is an outlet that really lets me be me and I love it! (For me) It’s all about enjoying and having fun at what I do and I strive very hard for that to be reflected in the way my cakes taste and the actual cake design.
My philosophy on design; the sky’s the limit! I don’t believe I’ve come across one yet that I said I couldn’t do because it was too difficult. In working with my clients to design their wedding cake, I try very hard to help them think outside of the box when it comes to flavor, shape and design. Traditional is perfect for some but for others this is an outlet to share their quirkier sides with friends and family.
