Our wonderful and delicious cakes are double layer cakes with a layer of filling. Our cakes are denser then the typical grocery store cake to provide a good stable cake which cuts very smoothly. Some of our specialty cakes do contain chocolate chips as well as nuts and raisins which will affect how smoothly these cakes cut.

Butter cream icing can be flavored to match many different flavors such as Almond, Butter, Coconut, Lemon, Strawberry and Vanilla. Let your taste buds and imagination go wild.
We do currently offer two flavors of Eggless Cake: Yellow & Chocolate.
Food Allergens
What Are Major Food Allergens?
While more than 160 foods can cause allergic reactions in people with food allergies, the law identifies the eight most common allergenic foods. These foods account for 90 percent of food allergic reactions, and are the food sources from which many other ingredients are derived.
The eight foods identified by the law are:
1. Milk
2. Eggs
3. Fish (e.g., bass, flounder, cod)
4. Crustacean shellfish (e.g. crab, lobster, shrimp)
5. Tree nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts, pecans)
6. Peanuts
7. Wheat
8. Soybeans
These eight foods, and any ingredient that contains protein derived from one or more of them, are designated as “major food allergens” by the law.
Batter Up Cake Company does bake with many of the food allergens on the list above. If you have one of these allergies, we recommend contacting a bakery that is specifically allergen friendly.
